I have been here a few times as it is located near a friends house and sort of out of the way for me.
The store is well lit and very neat with plenty of room between racks to allow multiple people down the aisles without bumping into each other or product.
The staff has been helpful but will leave you alone unless you looked perplexed or seek them out. They are willing to hold beer for you via phone without nothing more than a name. Very nice.
The selection is in line with other stores in the greater Chicagoland area but holding limited releases is awesome (scored two sixer of 9000 today).
When in the area, I will continue to visit and seek out tougher beers from them. Enjoy!
Edit: I really don't like places that try to make a profit on short releases and on a couple of occasions in the last year I have noticed some price gouging. Pisses me off. I have also knocked down their rating for that fact.
