One of the many stops on the North East family vacation which quickly became a family favorite.
I only had one beer while at the brewery since we arrived closed to closing time and I was driving. It was an IPA. A perfect beer on a warm night. Low bitterness and good balance.
Service was second to none. Feeling at home quickly due to the owner and customers quickly pulled us in to making this a home run of a visit.
The old barn that has been tediously worked on and continue to be upgraded adds to the charm. Giant connect four, a pool table, and more create additional warmth.
Pricing is about as good as it gets these days.
I would go here again and again and again if this was located closer. Feeling at home 800 miles from home is hard to do but the down-to-earth patrons and the welcoming of the owner/staff went above and beyond. I was sorry to leave. Enjoy!
