- The best craft brewery in South Florida, in my humble opinion. I am admittedly a big fan of Hazy beers, and Invasive Species excels at brewing that style. The day we visited there were 10 hazies on tap, with a solid mix of hop varieties and abv's. Other brews and drinks include: a significant and varied lager list, a few unique styles of brews, stouts, sours, and a few unique cocktails. After being satisfied the brews are great, I tend to next focus on ambience and decor. Again, Invasive Species delivery's with a retro, neighborhood dive-ish bar vibe. Plus the taxidermy creature collection (focus on the brewery name) and other decor elements gives this a very original, yet comfortable feel. Low lights, hip tunes, I just wish I had a place this cool where I live. Food trucks are scheduled 7 days a week. There's outdoor space in the front of building, and a patio out back (although neither space is all that compelling). I am a HUGE fan of this place!
