Hop: Southern Brewer

Description

Southern Brewer was developed by African Breweries Hops Farm Ltd and released in 1972. The cultivar is better suited for shorter summer daytime length. Is from a seedling selection crossed with Fuggle N.

Southern Brewer is a bittering hop with little hop aroma or flavor quality.
