Description

Symphony is a privately developed hop that was bred in 1997 at John I Hass Hop Farms, Toppenish, Washington. Has lineage from Comet.

Very high alpha acid, high lupulin content, and very susceptible to powdery mildew. Due to this fact it is no longer produce (more: https://apsjournals.apsnet.org/doi/abs/10.1094/PDIS-11-13-1127-PDN).
