Hop: Talus

Description

Talus is a daughter of Sabro, developed by the Hop Breeding Company. Talus is mainly used as an aroma hop in whirlpool and dry hopping due to intense aroma characteristics.

Talus has neomexicanus heritage that was open pollinated with a "local" Pacific Northwest hop. The hop should be available in late 2020 commercially.
