Hop: Pahto

Pahto was bred by the Hop Breeding Company. It is a high-alpha bittering hop, the provides a smooth bitterness while delivering mild and pleasant aromatics. The hop provides a neutral flavor when used as a early kettle addition.

The smooth bitterness comes from the breeding line in which father of the mother of Pahto (yeah, follow that) was from the Wye College breeding program in Kent, England.
