Neo1 Hops: Profile & Substitutions
Description
Neo1 is a neomexicanus breed. The hop does better in drier soil. It adds a stiff bitterness when used early in the boil but has a much nicer side when added late, adding a lot of citrus.
Amallia is a sister hop to Neo1.
