Amalia Hops: Profile & Substitutions
Description
Amalia is a Neomexicanus variety that makes it tolerant to heat and drier than normal conditions.
In spite of multiple sites selling having Amalia bines for sale, the Amalia Hops site (listed in the references) states that "if it's not grown in Amalia, New Mexico, then it's not Amalia Hops".
