Description
Serebrianka was bred at the Institute for Plant Research, St. Petersburg, Russia from Cascade and is believed to be related to Saaz. Due to this being such a week varietal in testing by USDA, it was discarded in 1991 for commercial use. Occasionally available to home brewers.
High Humulene and Farnesene contribute to the pleasant continental aroma profile.
