Hop: Styrian Kolibri

Description

Styrian Kolibri was bred at the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing in Zatec, Slovenia from European and American germplasm. Subtle aroma, similar to other hops in the Styrian family, makes it fit well with delicate beer styles. Many breweries have noticed attractive floral notes in a range of beer styles.

  • Oil composition percetages are based on the total percentage of oil in the hop. Example: 10 - 20% means that for the specific oil it is 10 - 20% of the overall oil make up.
