Hop: Teamaker

Description

Teamaker was developed by the United States Department of Agriculture. The goal of the breeding was to make a strong antimicrobial plant while removing bitterness, therefore the high beta acids with low alpha acids.

Bred from a mix of hops: Fuggle (31.25%), Late Grape (12.5%), Late Cluster (12.25%) and the rest of unknown origin. Has a high aroma that is trumped up when the hop is picked wet.
