Hop: Talisman

Description

Talisman was bred from an open pollination of Late Cluster at USDA at OSU East Farm. Selected in 1959 based on downy mildew resistance. Was used as a replacement to Cluster in blends but fell off due to harsh aftertaste experienced in said blends. No longer grown commercially.
