Cekin Hops: Profile & Substitutions

Description

Cekin was bred at the Hop Research Institute in Zalec, Slovenia by Dr. Dragica Kraij in the 1980s from Aurora and an unknown Yugoslavian male hop. A sister to Cicero. Not grown commercially in large quantities due to lack of brewer interest. Aroma is similar to Styrian Golding.
