Hop: Anchovy

Description

Anchovy, originally named 24B-05, was bred at Segal Ranch in the Yakima Valley, Washington. The odd name was coined by Fast Fashion Brewing in Seattle, Washington, after being the first to use the hop commercially.

Possibly released in 2022.
