Bravo™ was developed by Hopsteiner Breeding Program, being released commercially in 2006. Bravo™ is a high alpha hop that has clean bittering similar to its parent, Zeus. Other parents include 98004, USDA 19058m.
Some brewers have used Bravo™ as a later kettle addition as well, appreciate it unique combination characteristics. It has a smooth/pleasant bitterness while providing lime, fruit, and sweet when used late or in dry hopping.
