Wow. Surprised by the color as the pink in the beer comes out very quickly. Held it up to the sunlight to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me. Had a finger-and-a-half, pink hued head, with good retention, and slight lacing. Average amount of carbonation. Malty aroma, possibly a little beet scent gives the idea of some fruit. Two finger fluffy white head with little retention and some lacing - seems like my favorite mason jar has this effect on a lot of beers. Strong citrus (orange) aroma with slight wheat scents. This is a seasonal beer in which the brewery always seems to have four or five on tap. Once the small batch is gone, so is the beer for that season.
