Nordgaard, an Belgian (possibly Danish) land race variety, is no longer grown commercially. It was used in the 1970s for breeding purposes by Dr. Tone Wagner at Zalec, Slovenia.

  • Dwarf variety hops grow shorter in height than traditional varieties but, importantly, produce the same yield. This combination makes harvest easier.
