Pours slightly cloudy with a half glass of pristine white, meringue foam that fills half a glass. Retention is not quite average. Lacing coats but is still spotty, just big spots.
Aroma is nothing out of the ordinary for the style: lemon grass, coriander, pepper, wheat, and some yeast to top it off.
Taste follows. Pepper comes up in the middle, lasting to the finish. Lemon grass, wheat, and yeast are part of the profile.
Light body as expected. Carbonation is lively.
A nice wit but the style isn't my favorite. Very drinkable and definitely a beer that would go over well during the warm months. Enjoy!
