Ombibulous American I.P.A.

Slightly cloudy with an inch of white foam. Nice retention with spotty and sporadic lacing. Caramel from the malt with a touch of sweet. Don't feel they are connected though. Bread? Citrus hops. Carmel holds up the malt end. Citrus, orange from the hops. Balanced. Slight bitter but clean in the finish. Doesn't linger. Medium body, almost creamy. Light end of medium carbonation Served too warm. Probably close to 50 degrees, it not more. I don't like a cold beer either but that is too warm. An earthiness, almost dankness came from the hops. Like they were old. A nice beer overall. Enjoy!
