Petite Sour - Raspberry

Pours clear with a pure white foam. Retention is average for this style of beer which still makes it disappear in a flash. No lacing. Aroma of raspberries, tart, wheat and hints of oak. Quite straight forward. Taste is sweet raspberry up front that quickly is defeated by tart and sour, Light body with big carbonation. Dry. A easy drinking beer. The berries come through adding great nose and mouth without the huge sweetness from the fruit. Solid. Enjoy!
