Pours with a single finger of virgin white foam. Average retention. Laving is sporadic.
Aroma is straight citra: mango, orange, grapefruit and lemon grass. Cracker malt backbone.
Taste is more of the same, steering towards the grapefruit, which leaves a light but lingering bitterness. Orange, mango, grass and herbal notes build in the middle and last.
Light body but towards medium. Lively carbonation lends to the body. Crisp, smooth and clean. Dries the palate over time.
This is a solid small ipa. Minimal bitterness adds to the drink-ability while the complex and copious amounts of citra pull it the other way. Really solid offering. Enjoy!

Beer Notes
The Guayabera shirt is well known for its four over-sized pockets. The human being is notable for opposable thumbs on her two hands. When these two notable forces team up, they collectively provide space for an entire six pack of beer. Guayabera Citra Pale Ale is a remarkably sessionable brew and you will want to wear the proper attire to facilitate bringing along a few extra cans.
