Into a snifter from a 32oz growler. $10/growler fill.
Pours cloudy with a huge pristine, white foam head. Retention is nice, even creating some frothiness. Surprisingly it almost completes dissipates, leaving traces here and there.
Aroma leans toward hops. Pineapple, mango and papaya are strung together. Light, sweet and earthy malt support.
Taste is hops up front and throughout. Not overly so, though. Pineapple and mango with floral in the finish.
Light body, possibly medium carbonation. Juicy up front, on the lips, drying the palate late. Slight lingering bitterness.
Even though the bitterness is light, it gets in the way of making this an "easy" drinker; still drinkable. The taste isn't as pleasant as the aroma. Somewhat one dimensional. Enjoy!

Beer Notes
WE COULDN'T DO A NORMAL PALE ALE. THE OATS WOULDN'T LET US. THEY MADE US THROW CITRA HOPS IN THE MASH WITH THEM, AND WHEN THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, THEY MADE US THROW MORE IN THE BOIL, THEN EVEN MORE WHILE THEY COOLED OFF.
