Pours clear and the color of a pilsner. Minimal white foams covers. Fleeting leaving almost no foam before long.
Aroma is hop forward. Orange, grapefruit, berry, and grass. Hints of pepper and pine. Bread. Blueberry and/or strawberry is stronger as it warms (and ages - about month after canning).
Taste brings more hops, throughout. Orange and grapefruit from the start with grapefruit joined by grassiness into the finish. Light berry in the middle that lingers to the finish. Has the grapefruit bitterness. Bread and cracker from the malt.
Medium to light medium mouthfeel. Good, crisp carbonation. Dry. A little too much bitterness to throw this back, easily.
A nice beer. One dimensional as it comes across as base malt and Mosiac hops. Bread malt flavor and aroma give balance. There isn't enough going on to be perfect but a solid offering.
