Pours cloudy as can be, giving the beer a orange glow. Finger of pure white foam covers. Lingering momentarily, quickly becomes just a ring on top.
Huge grapefruit and pine dankness. Resinous, juicy fruit: mango, orange and tangerine.
Taste is hop forward. Nary a malt profile to be found. The beginning is orange, mango, and tangerine. The middle brings more hops but transitions to grapefruit and resin. Both linger to the finish, being joined by pine and pepper. Mild bitterness that builds throughout.
Medium body. Prickly carbonation. Dry.
A beer that has Mosiac in the name better deliver on some dank deliciousness. Other Half does that and some. My first beer from Other Half and I definitely want more. Really solid offering. Enjoy!
