Eclipse - Evan Williams 2013

Shared with the wife. Pours opaque with a thin mocha foam. Foams fade quickly without any lacing. Aroma of caramel, toffee and brown sugar. Hints of smoke, alcohol, bourbon, and oak. Taste is much like the nose. Unfortunately nothing stands out quite as much when they are fresher. Big body with light end of carbonation. Dries but leaves the lips sugar sticky. This is a solid beer. I think the life has started to fade a bit. Two to three years seems to be the sweet spot for these. Enjoy!
