Über Gose Freunde

No date on can. Pours crystal clear. Huge white, billowing foam covers. Fleeting, quickly nothing is left. No lacing. Bubbles rise up throughout. Aroma is straight forward barnyard. Tart cherries with hints of lemon citrus. Mile overall but inviting. Taste closely follows the nose. Tart cherries and lemon mingle with salt to tame the bugs. Delicately balanced. Light body, maybe bigger. Medium carbonation but the bubbles make it feel like more. Last summer I hit the gose style hard. This is a remnant of that enjoyment. I think this was a one-time collaboration; that is a shame. Easy to drink on a humid, 95 degree in summer. Enjoy!
