Pours cloudy. Huge white, frothy foam covers, quickly yielding, settling to a wispy thin over that produces sporadic lacing.
Aroma of mango and resin. Other tropical aromas hit the senses but ripe mango is up front and bold. As the beer breaths, this gives way to a huge resinous profile. Some citrus. Candy sweetness.
Taste adds sweetness which lingers to the finish, lasting. Mango, citrus and resin round out the hop profile. Candy sweetness is tough, big.
Somewhat effervescent. Surprisingly dry but hinted with sweetness that tries to make it juicy. Medium mouthfeel.
This is a really nice beer. The amount of hops used lend itself to the resinous side that is close to too much. Toning it down might take away from the other hops aromas and flavors. Difficult balance. Enjoy!
