No date on can. Taking a chance but I was assured by the store associate this was fresh.
Pours cloudy with a finger of off-white foam. Retention is average. Lacing is thick but mostly recedes back to level.
Wow, this does smell fresh. Pineapple, mango and papaya fill the sense quickly and fully. Resin and juicy citrus play a cool melody. Sweet.
Taste isn't as intense as the aroma. Grapefruit and lemon bitterness builds. Fruit mingle more with malt here. Neither is over powering but friendly.
Medium body. Big bubble, lively carbonation. Wet, juicy finish.
As much as I like the aroma, I expected more from the taste. Still a solid beer. The bitterness builds a bit, detracting from the sesionability of the beer. I wish I would have purchased more than one can. Enjoy1
