Pours clear. A finger of light tan foam covers. Average retention. Lacing is above average

Aroma is malty. Caramel, possibly toffee, bread, and hints of dark malts.

Taste is more of the same. Maris Otter could be the base malt of choice as there is a nutty center. Caramel, toast and hints of dehusked dark malt.

Medium body and above average carbonation. There is some residual bitterness. Dry.

Well put together beer. A bit more malt driven than expected and the hop profile isn't anything to write home about. Darker in the poor. Enjoy!
