Beer Notes
- Map of the Sun is a blend of golden sour beers aged in oak barrels with apricots. Fermented with a universe of microorganisms, this golden sour is beaming with notes of ripe apricots and apricot skin that are complimented with hints of peaches and nectarines. Tart and complex, Map of the Sun has a light acidity that brings out the juicy stone fruit character.
