Bottled on 05-16-18. Pours with a chill haze. A heaped helping of pure white foam covers. Retention is nice. Lacing is spotty. Aroma of tart lacto. Orange and lemon with a touch of hay. Acidity builds as it warms Taste is pleasant with building acidity to the end that almost puckers but lingers. Orange is quick, up front, transitioning away quickly. Lemon builds in the middle becoming a complex acidic finish. Medium body with high carbonation that cuts through the bone dry finish. Surprisingly complex for such a low abv beer.
