Pours quite cloudy with sufficient pure white foam to cover. Retention is average leaving behind thick, sticky lacing.
Aroma of lemon and orange are prevalent. Cracker malt backbone carries the back side. Light pepper add complexity.
Taste brings orange up front, mingling with the lemon in the middle. The finish carries the lemon, pepper, and cracker.
Medium body with average carbonation for the style.
A really nice beer. Light and easy drinking. The citrus adds a great element to make this beer easy in the summer. I don't know if I care for a sasion being so opaque in the pour. Enjoy!

Beer Notes
We’ve combined our house yeast, orange and lemon zest and topped it all with experimental German hops. The result is an insanely sessionable beer with the flavor and complexity of something twice it’s weight in booze. The wine-dry, crisp body and delicate citrus notes insure you keep Orange Sunshine close during those long Summer days melting your face under the Chicago sun.
