  • No date on can. Purchased from Iron&Glass; in Minooka, today!

Pours clear, much different than all the NEIPAs I have been imbibing lately. Minimal white foam that doesn't have great staying power. Sporadic lacing.

Aroma of cracker and oats. There is a fruity/citrusy nondescript note there but it is very subtle. Oats is the biggest.

Taste is really oat focused. Spice and floral finish with bitterness, even though light, builds and lingers. Lager yeast.

High end of light body. Medium carbonation. Dry.

I can't say how long it has been since I have had a craft lager and this beer reminds me why. The yeast, oats and bitterness are too much for me. Very narrowly focused. Enjoy!
