Poured clear into a pint glass. Had a huge amount of slighlty off-white foam that made me make two pours. Good retention.
Mmmm. That's what came out of my mouth when I smelled the beer. Really pleasant aroma of floral and citrus. Floral is stronger and awesome on the nose.
Taste of sweet, caramel malt up front. The middle has big floral hops and transitions to slight bit of graininess and citrus hops. Leaves a little bitterness and floral hops in the after taste. Really nice.
Medium carbonation and a nice body for an amber with a bit of creaminess in the mouth.
A very drinkable and very good beer. I really enjoyed. The brewers that are starting to add more hops to their ambers are doing me a favor: the more hops, the merrier. They are great. Enjoy!
