Pours with a couple of inches of white foam: large bubbles and rocky on top. Great retention. Lacing is spider webs from the beginning.

Aroma of ripe mango, peach and apricot. Hints of sweetness.

Taste is a copy of the aroma. There is a green hop burn late that seems to add a herbal/grass to the flavor in the finish which builds over time.

Medium body and carbonation. Juicy up front but dries late. Easy to drink, no alcohol, and some bitterness but that could be green hop burn as well.

At almost three weeks old I am surprised that there is still a green hop burn. This detracts from the overall impression of the beer and I would imagine would dominate if fresher. One of the few east coast breweries that actually dates. I would have this again but the price point places that just past the 50/50 point. Enjoy!
