Oh Danny Boy

Had on tap at the brewery. Pours slightly opaque due to the color. Great tan foam that is thick and creamy. Good retention with wispy lacing. Aroma is caramel and toasted malt. Bready. Taste is caramel, almost toffee with hints of toast and bread crust. Roastiness? Spice/ herbal finish that lingers a bit. Medium body. Medium body. Dry. This beer brings to mind foot ball on a weekend in the fall. Comfortable with a bit of body to handle the transitioning weather. I would have this again. Enjoy.
