Enjoyed at the brewery on tap with Tom.
Pours with a slight cloudiness. No real foam. Pinkish-red in color, almost pomegranate.
Aroma is simple: wheat, acidic and light blueberry.
Taste has some wheat and an ever so minuscule blueberry. The star is the tartness that almost ebbs to sour. It and the tiny bubbles tickle the roof of your mouth.
Light body but with a huge, effervescence, lending to body. Juicy but lingering dryness.
An inviting beer on a very hot September day. Pretty straight forward without complexity. I still really liked it. I would have it again. Enjoy!
