Fruit Punch Incipient

Purchased about a year ago at Siclianos. Pours clear with a light haze. Minimal white head that sticks for a few before leaving just a ring. No lacing. Aroma that is tart and acidic. Fruit punch is there, lighter and not sugary like the cans of that stuff I used to inhale as a kid. Lemongrass. Peach. Strawberry sweetness. Taste brings more ginger than anything else. It lingers. Acidic with some fruity sweetness. Strawberry. Peach. Herbal. Light body, possibly more but light carbonation with a small bubbled acid that sticks in the front. Dry. I really like the nose. The taste as a bit too much ginger but is complex and solid. I would have this again. Enjoy.
