This was a gusher that Rich brought over. Luckily we each were able to get a full glass of beer out of it since I am so quick on my feet. Batch 347.
Poured cloudy with some floaties. More off-white, frothy, sitcky foam than you can shake stick at. Some awesome retention with spider web, sticky lacing.
Aroma is tart/sour as expected of the Pumpkin. Oak, slight hint of vanilla, malt, and the usual funk/earth. This beer is so complex and deep that everytime you waft it in you will find something different.
Taste is tart/sour with oak and vanilla that seem to be stronger in different sips. Some type of orange, citrus taste with some heat that hits here and there.
Medium, light body with ample carbonation as noted by the gusher and amount of foam.
After the gushing, for me surprisingly good. I could easily have this more often. Enjoy!
