  • Poured clear with a beautiful three inches of bubbly foam. Retention was stellar with the foam frothing up during the process. Lacing was sticky from the start.

Aroma is clean and refreshing. Lemon grass with some sweet toffee and a touch of toasted malt.

Taste has sweet caramel malt with some nutiness in there. There is a touch of lemon hops for balance but on the whole this is mainly sweet.

Medium body with ample carbonation. Here and there there is a trace of alcohol.

Nothing out of the ordinary here. A nice amount of alcohol on crisp and easy drinking beer. In spite of the alcohol I wouldn't hesitate to have several. The sweetness might be a little to unbalanced though. Enjoy!
