Appear: Good color and soft foamy, thick head.
Aroma: Faint and bready. Not sure I can detect any hops.
1st Taste: Biscuity with very low sweetness. The only hop taste is a light, lingering bitterness.
Overall: Hard to classify as an IPA. Not totally unlikeable, just seems to be off style.

Poured cloudy (chill haze) with minimal white foam into my snifter glass. Retention and lacing where minute based on small amount of foam.
Aroma is biscuit sweet malt and not much else. Even the malt is mild. Maybe a touch of apple or similar fruit but very mild.
Taste is once again a lot of malt. Sweet and grain (biscuit) malt. There is some hop, maybe a bit of spice that finishes and lingers bitter.
Carbonation is light and that's right about where the body is too.
This isn't a bad drinking beer. But looking at this beer an ipa it comes up short. Very short. Just no hop profile to speak of. Enjoy!
