Pours clear but with an enormous, almost infected looking amount of white foam. Retention isn't that great for the amount of foam, which leads me to believe it is not infected. Aroma is wheat forward. Clove is there slightly, banana even less. Taste is very sweet, with a burst of wheat and bread like malt. Lots of carbonation on a medium bodied beer. I believe this place is out of business and this beer could have some serious age on, especially based on the profile I was getting. Not that pleasant and most found it to the bottom of my sink.
