  • Poured into my English pint glass with a slight haze. Single finger of white foam with little retention and slight bit more of lacing.

    Aroma has wheat, yeast, and very mild fruit. There are spices present, maybe coriander but I just finished a Witbier before this one, so maybe I have that on the mind.

    Taste follows. The spice from the nose just says coriander but also tastes peppery. Bready notes are in the middle. I don't taste an hops at all.

    High end of light mouth feel with lots of carbonation. Crisp beer that has a ton going on. Seems to fit the style well. If this a little more hop heavy might give a nice twist but then it probably wouldn't fit so nicely into the style. Give and take a little. Enjoy!
