Maibok/Heller Bock
Maibock (also known as Helles Bock or Heller Bock) is a strong, pale, malty German lager traditionally brewed to welcome the spring and served during the month of May.
Notes: The style is a type of German Lager, coming from the stereotypically roasty, malty, and rich Bock family. The Maibock does follow traditional Bock brewing techniques but uses paler malt and more hops to balance out the malt bill, leading to a more aromatic and cleaner-tasting beer.
