Visited while on a family vacation to the North East. Kids didn't want to go in so only had enough time for a beer and can purchase.
The beer is top notch. Some of the easiest drinking IPAs that are loaded with tropical flavor without the bitterness. I don't believe they sell food.
Service is really good. Purchase cans through the website, go to the designated area in the back of the brewery, and they pull your order. There had to be 6-to-9 pickers. Multiple bars on the inside make the lines move fairly easily. Drinks are purchased online then picked up via tickets. I didn't care for this part but I believe on busy days this make the business flow better.
I pay more locally for Hop Butcher and other NEIPAs. A whole lot more while Tree House's beers blow them out of the water. Please Chicagoland learn more about not overpricing/gouging your dedicated patrons.
In the hills, which is beautiful, but not the most accessible. Really appreciate gps in these circumstances. But the location is picturesque and inviting.
This could quite easily be the most impressive brewery I have been to. I would have to visit again in order to have a chance to check out the trails and enjoy the view. Enjoy!
