Triptych is a small scale, but adventurous brewery in the Champaign-Urbana metro area. When we visited there were approx. 16 of their beer on tap...lagers for the newbies, couple of stouts, and good array for hazy IPAs...definitely some interesting choices. And they had a couple of ciders for the non-beer drinkers. NIce and simple laid-back atmosphere. No food service, but customers are welcome to bring their own. Also, there is an outdoor patio area in front of the taproom.
