Brewer's Kitchen, the experimental brewery originally based out of Pilot Project Brewing in Chicago, IL, opened in 2019 and permanently closed after a six-year run in 2025 (with their last day of service on June 14, 2025).While the physical Chicago tasting room location associated with them has closed, Brewer's Kitchen continues to operate a secondary location in Milwaukee, WI, and occasionally collaborates on specialty beers.
