Audacia

Audacia was developed by Indie Hops Flavor Project and released in 2023. AudaciaTM has lineage from Hersbrucker Pure female and a male, 1218-2M, which is related to [Strata], Indie Hops Flavor Project first hop release. Considered by the developer to be a bold "noble" hop.

Lórien®

Lórien® was purposely bred, by Indie Hops Flavor Project, to be used in low gravity beers, in an attempt to keep up with the trend of the public towards lighter, low-alcohol, carbonated beverages. Designed by Shaun Townsend, at Oregon State University, the seed for Lorien was gathered in 2010 from Sterling female pollinated with a German male. Lemon and lime forward with notes of hay and melon that is swept away by cinnamon, while allowing the beers malts to shine.

Strata

Strata, developed by Indie Hops Flavor Project in 2009, was initially called X-331. Parentage of Perle, open pollinated at the Oregon State experimental hop yard. Strata is impressive due to disease resistance, vigorous growth and complex aroma layers. Strata was released after seven years of testing and evaluation, initially released to a few breweries for further testing. Sometimes described as "passion fruit meets pot", it brings a lot of tropical layers to a dank, herbal notes of cannabis.
