Pours opaque. Minimal white foam that quickly dissipates. Some sporadic lacing.
Aroma is huge on the citrus hop: pineapple, orange and lemon. Touch of honey and clean, simple sweetness.
Taste is honey sweetness up front. Pineapple and orange start quickly, lasts. Finish has a tartness, possibly the puree and lemon. Later bitterness. Juicy.
Medium body. Light end of medium carbonation although it is fine bubble; campaign yeast feel. Drying finish.
I am really digging the "fish" beers from Pipeworks. Citra and passion fruit puree make for an interesting mix. Enjoy!
